My overall mission is to help people and teams grow and improve and I aspire to do this by drawing leadership lessons from high level achievers - athletes coaches businessmen and women in their domains. I am interested in exploring the traits habits or behaviours that have contributed to the success of high performers.

I explore and share leadership lessons about grit perseverance vision goal-setting teamwork and character for example as lived out in real-life by elite performers. By doing so I help people get promoted get faster and get better.
